1. PERFORMANCE TESTING
Every athlete we train has a unique athletic profile. Our extensive sports science equipment allows us to take our athletes through numerous power, speed, strength and capacity tests before we start training.
Athletes are then provided with a report and video, explaining their results and their strengths and weaknesses.

2. PROGRAM CREATION
Once we have all your testing data and have collated your subjective information from a new athlete form, your own dedicated coach is in charge of creating your program.
With our approach, programs are tailored to the unique athlete, their sport, their unique testing profile and their season. No cookie cutter programs here.

3. PROGRAMS FOR ALL
Athletes then choose a membership option based off their availability and resources.
Our in-person training options (1,2,3, or unlimited sessions per week) allow athletes to come and train within our semi-private sessions, coached 1:1 by our expert team every time they train.
Our online training options allow athletes from around the world to train like a Game Time Athlete at their own facility.

SPEED & AGILITY WORK TO BLOW PAST THE COMPETITION
Unlike most other programs, we don't miss the "conditioning" part of strength and conditioning. Our conditioning programs help athletes elevate their running form, speed, acceleration, agility and conditioning, gaining the competitive edge over their teammates and competition.

If on your first re-assessment you haven't improved on key performance markers, we will refund you 100% of your membership.
We are that confident in our training methodology that we are willing to refund hundreds of dollars if we miss the mark. That's our promise to you.

DISCOUNTED SPORTS PHYSIO SUPPORT
Injuries are an unfortunate part of sport. Luckily for Game Time athletes, we have a sports physiotherapy team on deck to assist in any rehabilitation required, for a fraction of their normal rates. With our coaches and physiotherapists working so closely together, this ensures that your training and rehab program are all on the same page to maximise your rehab outcomes.
