Success is a team effort. Our coaching team works hard to ensure their athletes have everything they need to elevate their athletic performance and reduce their injury risk. Whether it be provision of an individualised program every week, providing testing reports and feedback, or providing support throughout the week, our team aim to do whatever if required to assist in their athlete's success.

If you aren't testing, you're guessing. We have invested heavily in acquiring a vast range of world-leading sports science technology, to elevate our athlete testing procedures. The data collected from testing every 8-12 weeks helps evaluate improvements, success rates and what their program should focus on moving forward. This invaluable data ensures our athletes are always on the right path.

24/7 ACCESS TO YOUR TAILORED PROGRAM 

All our programs (online and in-person athletes) are provided on a mobile exercise app, Teambuildr. This app ensures you can see video demonstrations of the exercises and know exactly how to perform the session to get the intended stimulus. Data entered to the app help scoaches evaluate improvements as well as wellness scores regarding athlete well-being.

SPEED & AGILITY WORK TO BLOW PAST THE COMPETITION

Unlike most other programs, we don't miss the "conditioning" part of strength and conditioning. Our conditioning programs help athletes elevate their running form, speed, acceleration, agility and conditioning, gaining the competitive edge over their teammates and competition.

DISCOUNTED SPORTS PHYSIO SUPPORT  

Injuries are an unfortunate part of sport. Luckily for Game Time athletes, we have a  physiotherapy team on deck to assist in any rehabilitation required, for a fraction of their normal rates. With our coaches and physiotherapists working so closely together, this ensures that your training and rehab program are all on the same page to maximise your rehab outcomes.

Matt Marmin | Performance Coach

​

Matt is a strength and conditioning coach who has worked across multiple sport performance environments including rugby league, AFL, rugby sevens and rowing.

Matt is currently a the Rehabilitation Strength and Conditioning coach for the NRL Dolphins Academy. Matt takes pride in developing strong athletes who are prepared for everything their sport throws at them and specialising in areas such as plyometrics, speed and rehabilitation.

Matt helps run our Performance & Rehab sessions, as well as creating tailored strength and conditioning programs for our athletes to ensure they're smashing their sporting goals!

Aaron Turnbull | Physio + Performance Coach

 

Aaron is the Director and Head Physiotherapist here at Game Time Performance. 

Aaron has worked with the following organisations over the last decade as a physio, as well as a number of dual appointments where he lead the S&C program:
