GAME TIME PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS
Here's how our strength and conditioning program gives our athletes the COMPETITIVE EDGE
SESSION TIMETABLE
We offer 22 sessions per week for our athletes and patients to come in and perform their programs under the supervision of our coaches and physiotherapists.
With sessions capped at 8 people and each program individualised to that unique person, this level of rehabilitation and coaching is rarely seen in a private setting.

1. ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
All athletes that come onboard go through our vigorous testing battery, to understand what each athlete's strengths and weaknesses are, specific to their sport. We evaluate movement quality, strength, power and velocity, capacity, speed and agility all within our 60 minute assessment. This invaluable data provides a basis for our higher-level programming and takes the guesswork out of each athlete's physical development and injury prevention plan.
2. ASSIGNED YOUR OWN DEDICATED COACH
Each athlete that trains with us will be assigned their own coach. A coaches' job is to provide whatever help and support is required. They will also be in charge of creating the athlete's individualised program and progressing their training every week.
3. STRENGTH AND THAT TRANSFERS TO YOUR SPORT
There's a reason bodybuilders don't make for great team sport athletes. With everything we program, we have your sport and goals at the forefront of our mind. Our systemised strength program ensures that gains established in the gym carry over to an athlete's sporting performance on the weekend. The ability to withstand the loads of their sport is also crucial to reduce the risk of injury, keeping them doing what they love.
4. DEVELOP EXPLOSIVE POWER AND AGILITY
The different between making that break, intercepting that pass or catching that defender, or not, can often come down to the smallest of margins. Our training system ensures athletes develop the ability to produce maximum force quickly and change direction on a dime, so when the big moments arise, they're ready
5. SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING
Our programs not only work athletes in our gym, but out on the field, working on speed, acceleration, agility and aerobic fitness. This ensures gains in the gym can be linked to improvements on the field, with increases across key metrics throughout their training. Our facility neighbours a large sporting oval, allowing athletes to go straight from the gym and out onto the field, getting the most out of their time here at Game Time.
6. 1:1 COACHING EVERY TIME TO STEP ON THE GYM FLOOR
Athletes have access to over 20 session times per week, providing them amble opportunity to come in to our facility. With sessions capped at 8 athletes, coaches have the ability to provide everyone in the gym feedback on form, provide cues to improve performance, discuss variations to programs (injuries, schedule etc) and progress each athlete in real-time.
7. FREQUENT TESTING AND PROGRESSION ANALYSIS
Throughout our programs, we retest several measures with our Athletic Performance Assessment. This frequent update of data helps coaches evaluate how each athlete is progressing and ensures programming focuses are always up-to-date for what each athlete needs. If you are not regularly testing, you're literally guessing! Progression is also measured through our mobile app that all programs are provided on. With athletes routinely entering their weights, reps etc. we can export their results and evaluate improvements.
8. DISCOUNTED SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPY
Unfortunately when it comes to sports, injuries happen, no matter how hard we try to avoid them. Fortunately for our athletes, all coaches here at Game Time are also physiotherapists, with years of experience rehabilitating athletes and working in sporting environments as high as the international level. All athletes receive significant discounted consultation fees as required.
