WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING YOUR ATHLETE COMBINE TESTING

ARRIVAL & WARM UP

Firstly, you will be greated by one of our coaches at your start time. We will be running small-group waves of testing, so your coach will take you all through a warm up to ensure you're ready and rearing to go!

SPEED TESTING

Once you're warm and ready to go, all athletes will perform a number of 15m sprint tests, allowing us to gain insight into their acceleration and top speed abilities.

LOWER LIMB STRENGTH & POWER

At Game Time Performance, we have invested heavily into VALD sports-science testing to gain exact performance testing data for our athletes. Using force plate and Nordic hamstring testing equipment, athletes will then go through a number of strength and power tests.

UPPER BODY STRENGTH AND CAPACITY

Athletes will then proceed to undergo a number of jumping and upper body strength tests. If unable to do a push up or pull-up unassisted, we have a number of options we can do instead to gain a baseline.

PERFORMANCE REPORT + VIDEO 

The Monday after, you will receive your testing report and a video from one of our coaches explaining what your results mean and what your strengths and weaknesses are.

INVITE TO A FREE WEEK TRIAL AT GAME TIME

Now that we have all your data, we will invite you to come for a free week trial at Game Time of via online training. Our coaches will create a sport and athlete specific training program, using your testing data to make programming decisions.
