Here at Game Time Physiotherapy , we have developed a progressive lifting program that aims to develop overall strength and power through progressive overload. The program teaches our members correct lifting technique and form and how to recover effectively, whilst lifting individually prescribed loads. All lifting experiences and injury histories are catered for under the watchful eye of the trained therapist.
