During the free week you can expect your child to:

  • Follow a sport-specific gym and running program provided on a mobile app

  • Have access to over 32 small-group session times throughout the week to complete their 2-3 sessions

  • Be coached 1:1 every workout by our expert team

  • Experience what junior athlete strength and conditioning is all about!
